A day after the Obama Administration announced there would be sharp rate increases for Americans who buy their health insurance on government exchanges, Donald Trump used that to attack Democrats and Hillary Clinton, vowing to cancel every executive order linked to Obamacare, as he once again vowed to repeal the controversial health reform law if elected.
“Hillary Clinton wants to double down on Obamacare, and make it even worse,” Trump said at an airport tarmac rally in Sanford, Florida.
“Repealing Obamacare and stopping Hillary’s health care takeover is one of the single most important reasons that we must win on November 8,” Trump said to cheers, as he made clear to his audience that this was not a time to vote for Clinton.
Trump: "if you vote for her you are crazy. She is the worst."
Trump once more used an event in a key swing state to make a pledge for what some might label pork barrel spending, as Trump pledged to direct federal aid to the airport where he was holding his rally, to expand it in the future.
“This includes help for projects like expanding the Orlando-Sanford International Airport, you like that idea? Why not,” said Trump.
Trump also vowed to expand another big jobs magnet in Central Florida, the space program, saying it’s time for NASA to get back to the job of space exploration.
“This means launching and operating major space assets right here that employ thousands and spur innovation and fuel economic growth,” Trump said to cheers, as he pushed for victory in Florida.
